As a senior, Kendrick averaged 22 points, 5 assists, and 2 steals per game while leading his team to a 19-8 record before eventually losing in the Regional Championship. Kendrick was named to the All-State, All-Area, and All-Conference teams during his senior year, and he played in the City vs. Suburbs All-Star game and the Legends All-Star game.
