His last season at Tustin, he averaged 18.6 point, 7.5 rebounds and 6.1 assists per game, led the Tillers to a 20-7 record in his final prep season (scored 20 or more points 14 times during his senior campaign, including a 40-point, 13-rebound and 10-assist triple-double effort against University High School), named first team all-league and All-Orange County selection…earned second team All-CIF honors. Matt earned a scholarship to Sheridan College. While at SC, Glover helped lead the Generals to a 24-10 record, a Region IX title, and a Region IX tournament championship game appearance (Loss to Western Wyoming). After one year at Sheridan, Matt played at Penn State for one year, appearing in 32 games and making 21 starts, including 12 in Big-10 competition before transferring to the University of San Fransisco. At the University of San Fransisco Glover started 60 of 65 games during his career. In his senior campaign, he led the team in steals (40), assists (98) and was second in total rebounds (175), one rebound shy of becoming the first player in school history to lead the team in each of those categories in the same season

While playing professionally Matt was able to play in multiple leagues. He played his rookie season with Club Sohkumi in The Republic of Georgia (Europe). While with Sohkumi, Matt was selected as one of two All-Stars from the club. The following season he continued his career with The Abejas of Leon (Mexico). Glover led the team in scoring (19ppg) and assists (6asts). Finishing his career, he played for San Simon of Cochabamba (Bolivia), winners of the Libobasquet League two of the past three seasons.

This will be Matts first year coaching and he is ready to apply his knowledge of the game and personal Sheridan experience to help future Generals strive on and off the court.
